Individual therapy consist of the following:

Therapy can help with managing and improving mood and reducing anxiety. I depression, mood deregulation, anger, grief and loss, worries, fears, short term and chronic stress, PTSD, social anxiety, childhood trauma(s), bi-polar, and other presenting relationships concerns; including recovering from loss of a relationship (separation, divorce, or death). Individual therapy can assist in breaking the cycle of negative patterns and healing.

I use the evidence based therapy modality of Cognitive–behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I combine behavioral and cognitive interventions to encourage healing, improve functioning, modify irrational thoughts, negative self-statements, and change negative core beliefs.

Therapy can help the client a grow in life to their fullest potential. I hope to help build confidence and assist each person in reaching their own goals. Therapy will be a time for you to process your thoughts and feelings to bring success to your life, your relationships, and career. Therapy provides a safe atmosphere where you can come and process those thoughts and feelings to figure out what is the best path for your life.
